Help Us Help You Collaborate Online
We've posted an online survey requesting feedback about our Online Communities service, as well as other collaborative software you've used inside and outside of ALA. We're hoping to use this feedback to evaluate the current OC product in order to decide if we should continue forward with it, start with something new, or find a mix of products. Or do something else we haven't thought of yet. Basically, we want to know what you need so we can help deliver it to you.

Bill, the survey is designed to give us specifics for your comments so that we can tell what is valuable to you about Ning, what you don't like about OC, etc. Since you're so familiar with Ning, it would be very helpful to us if you could fill out the survey with specifics we can then use for the next step.

- Frankly, this is the first I heard of them. I do not remember any announcements about them at all. I took a look and find them really making me yawn. Ning is much better.
