Emma, I believe it is now safe to have a discussion on Harry Potter. I loved how she tied up all the loose ends from each of the previous novels. I also felt vindicated for my ongoing support of Snape. I so admit that my faith was strongly shaken in the previous book, but by the end of this book I was satisfied.
I think she has totally left herself an open to create a new series. It could be very interesting. I give J.K. Rowlings alot of credit for the seven novels she completed. I'm not sure many authors today can write a series that captures the interest of so many generations.
